Bounded Claim

A bounded claim is a statement about a change that has a clear scope, known assumptions, and inspectable evidence.

Good claims are narrow enough to review:

• what changed
• why it changed
• what was checked
• what evidence supports the result

Coherence exists to keep those claims attached to the engineering work that produced them.
